In advanced cases, walking may be impaired.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">What are the stages of treatment?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Surgical Treatment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">In patients with significant spinal cord compression who do not respond to conservative treatment, spinal canal widening is performed using microsurgery. Spinal stabilization is added if necessary. The aim is to safely free the nerve tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Non-Surgical Treatment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pain management, targeted physical therapy, and posture correction are the first steps.
